🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free U.S. shipping on $200+.

Orders ship in 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri).

We rest on weekends + holidays to stay human.

You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships.

 



⚖️  Risk of Loss (UCC § 2-509 — in human words):

Once we hand your package to USPS/UPS/FedEx and they scan it in, they are responsible for getting it to you.

We’re a small brand — we can’t absorb carrier mistakes the way Amazon can.

If you want coverage until final delivery, please add shipping protection at checkout.

Please note that Sundae School will not be liable for any lost/stolen shipments that do not have a shipping protection.

If you purchased package protection with your order and your package is lost, you can file a claim here.

 



⏰ FTC SHIPPING TIMING (16 CFR § 435)

We legally must ship within the time advertised — or within 30 days if nothing is stated.

If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you + give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

 



📦 PACKAGE PROTECTION

Your package protection covers shipping mishaps caused by carriers during transit. It is added to all orders by default, but you may remove it on the cart page before checkout. Please note that once it is removed, we're unable to assist with any shipping-related issues.

Your package protection also includes a free return label, meaning the cost of the return shipping is covered if you choose to return or exchange your order. However, it does not cover restocking fees charged by our third-party warehouse, as these are not related to shipping mishaps, nor overrides final-sale eligibility.

If your package is lost and you purchased Package Protection with your order, please file a lost package claim here.

 



🕵️ MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered”, our delivery obligation is complete under UCC § 2-509 & § 2-510.

If it says “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

  1. Check with neighbors/building staff

  2. Contact the carrier to file a claim

  3. We’ll support with any proof they need

We cannot refund, replace, or reship delivered packages.

 

 

Lost Before Delivery:

If tracking stalls or there’s no delivery scan, please contact the carrier for a “lost package” investigation.

We’ll help with documentation.

 

 

Undeliverable Packages:

Wrong address / refused / unclaimed → you cover re-shipping.

Original shipping isn’t refundable.

 



💸 DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

First of all, we’re so sorry that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition 😭. While we don’t currently offer repair services, we’ll do our best to make this right for you.

Please email us at counselor@sundae.school with clear photos or videos of the issue, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Need an extra button?

Most of our garments include extra buttons inside the item. If your item did not come with extra buttons, feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.

Lost the extra buttons or your order was delivered over a month ago? You can still request replacement buttons for a small shipping fee.




💸 PRICE MATCHING

We’ll match a lower price with store credit within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The item is identical (size/color)

  • In stock

  • Sold full-price at sundae.school or an authorized retailer

  • You provide proof (screenshot/link)

Not eligible:

Flash sales, discount codes, bundles, promos, unauthorized resellers.

Adjustments:

Issued as store credit only, per UCC § 2-209 (contract modifications require written agreement).

Once store credit is issued, the transaction becomes final sale.

 



🌏 INTERNATIONAL

We don’t ship globally right now. For orders $777+, email us for case-by-case approval. Duties/taxes/customs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend forwarders like Forward2Me.
