How do I join the loyalty program?

Creating an account is all it takes! Once you're signed up, you'll start earning points right away.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and more.

How do I redeem my points?

Is there a minimum number of points I need before I can redeem them?

Yes! You'll need at least 400 points to start redeeming rewards. You can check your balance any time on your Loyalty page.

Can I earn points on sale or discounted items?

Yes! Points are typically based on what you pay after discounts, so discounted purchases still earn.

Can I earn points on purchases I made before joining?

Unfortunately, points can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.

Where can I see my points balance?

Do my points expire?

Points expire 6 months after they’re earned. Points are used on a first-in, first-out basis, meaning your oldest points are used first when you redeem.

Do my rewards expire?

Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

Points earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.

When do I get my birthday reward?

Your birthday reward is added to your account on your birthday, though if you enter your birthday within 14 days of the date, the reward will be issued on your next birthday instead.

I forgot to use my points at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?

Unfortunately not! Points can only be applied before an order is completed.

What if I notice an issue with my points balance?

Reach out to our support team and we'll look into it right away!

How does the Refer a Friend program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. When a new friend makes their first purchase of $69 or more using your link, they get 18% off their order and you earn a reward

The more friends you refer, the bigger your reward gets, up to 30% back on your 5th referral.

How do I get my referral link?

How do I refer a friend?

Enter your email address and share your unique referral link with friends and family. They can use the link to make their first purchase, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

Yes — you can refer a maximum of 5 friends. Once you've hit 5 successful referrals, your referral program is closed.

How does my friend receive their discount?

When your friend opens your referral link, they'll get a discount code to enter at checkout on their first order, so they don't need to do anything extra.

Can I refer someone who is already a customer?

No. Referral rewards are for new customers who haven't placed an order with us before.

My friend forgot to use my link, can they still get the discount?

The discount has to be claimed through your referral link and applied at checkout, so it can't be added after an order is already placed.

Can I use my own referral link?

No. Referral links are for new customers only and can't be applied to your own account.

How will I know when my referral is successful?

You'll get an email notification once your friend completes their first order using your link.

When will I receive my referral reward?

Your reward is issued once your friend's first order is complete. Please note it may be voided if their order is later returned or cancelled.

How do I track my referrals?

Enter your name and email above, then click My Stats. From there, you can send yourself an email which will contain your stats.

What if my referral link isn't working?

Try copying the link directly from your referrals page, and if the issue continues, contact our support team and we'll help sort it out.

Why wasn't my referral rewarded?

A few things can make a referral ineligible:

the friend had already placed an order with us before,
the order didn't meet the program rules (like a minimum spend or excluded products),
or it was flagged by our automatic fraud checks.

If you think it was blocked by mistake, contact support and we'll take a look.

Does my friend's discount or my reward expire?

Referral discount codes and rewards can have an expiration date depending on the program, so it's best to use them before they lapse.
